The Board of Directors of the Neoperl Group has decided to integrate its Italian subsidiaries, NPI ITALY and NEOPERL ITALY, with a view to greater synergy and efficiency.
As of November 1, NPI Italia activities will be incorporated into Neoperl Italia, which will continue to carry out its business at its usual locations in Cressa, adding Monza and Soncino to its portfolio..

The main production activity concerns the assembly of aerators, diverters and joints, while on the commercial and logistical side it handles both the OEM and Retail/Wholesale channels.
From 1 November 2023 Neoperl Italia has incorporated through merger NPI Italia S.r.l., specialised in the production of braided flexible hoses for water and fuel oil passage from DN 6 to DN 50, with operating offices in Monza (MB) and Soncino (CR), creating a single entity.
