Parità Virtuosa 2020 Award

We are happy to share with you the acknowledgement received by Regione Lombardia: Parità Virtuosa Prize, creative and sustainable initiatives for work-life balance in Lombardy.

We must be proud of this acknowledgement and we do not add anything else to the words of the President of the Council for Equal Opportunities of the Lombardy Region Letizia Caccavale, that we share hele below: Ad maiora!

“The pandemic has certainly represented an additional challenge for companies and workers, especially for working mothers, who are paying the price for the social impact of the health emergency most of all. Nevertheless, in this context of difficulty and uncertainty, in Lombardy there are numerous companies and individuals who are proving to be a step ahead of the institutions in terms of innovation, flexibility and enhancement of equal opportunities. With this acknowledgement  we want to give visibility to their commitment, both because it generates debate and new ideas, and because we know that the strength of any company are their employees and that of work-life balance is a journey that is made together: men and women, companies and institutions".
